Shipping policy

All orders ship via USPS directly from our warehouse here in Pennsylvania.  The preferred service can be selected during the checkout process.  From time to time we may, at our sole discretion, offer free shipping based on order value or other criteria. 

We endeavor to ship all orders within 2 working days of receipt. If there are any delays in this process we will reach out to inform the customer. They will have the options of waiting for fulfillment or cancellation for a full refund. 

Due to possible legal and customs restrictions on the international shipment of CBD products, we regret that we can only ship to addresses within the US. Any forwarding which takes place thereafter will be totally at the buyer's risk and will not be covered under the terms of this policy. 

Orders can be returned to our warehouse subject to the terms of our returns policy. 

We should be informed immediately of any items which have sustained damage during  the shipment. In such cases we will work with the customer to resolve the issue to their satisfaction, either via replacement or refund.
