Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We understand that everyone is different, and not every product will work in the same way for every user. If something doesn’t work for you, we’re here to make it right — fairly and simply.

🔁 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. We accept returns on eligible products whether unopened or gently used.

📦 What Can Be Returned

Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or refund. This includes products explicitly labeled as non-returnable at checkout or on the product page. Discounted products that are not marked as final sale remain eligible under our standard return policy.

  • Unopened products in their original condition and packaging
  • Opened products that were used as directed but did not meet your expectations
  • Products that arrived damaged or defective

We do not accept returns for products that are heavily used, nearly empty, or damaged due to improper storage or handling.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • If you prefer store credit, just let us know during your return request
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive your return

💌 How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at support@beewellcbdoil.com or call 570 495 4098 to begin the return process
  2. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions
  3. Repackage your item securely using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage in transit. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

    Packaging Checklist:
    • Use the original product box or a sturdy alternative
    • Include protective filler (bubble wrap or paper padding)
    • Seal the package tightly with durable tape
    • Include your name and order number inside the package
  4. Drop the package off at any USPS location
  5. We’ll notify you when your return is received and your refund has been issued

🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our error, we cover all return shipping costs
  • If you’re returning the product because it didn’t meet your needs, we’ll deduct return shipping from your refund

🧪 Quality and Transparency

We test every batch of our CBD products through an independent, third-party lab. You can view lab results (COAs) for all our products here. If you’re not satisfied with your experience, please reach out — we’re committed to helping you find the right solution.

Wholesale / Studio Returns & Support

This section applies to wholesale and studio purchases and may differ from the consumer 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above.

  • Damaged or defective on arrival: Replace or refund. Email photos within 7 calendar days of delivery; no return needed for damaged units.
  • First-order safety net: For your first wholesale order per business/location, you may return up to 10 unopened bottles plus the wooden display stand within 45 calendar days for a refund to the original payment method. RMA required; return shipping paid by customer.
  • Subsequent orders: Unopened units returnable within 30 calendar days for store credit toward your next order. RMA required; return shipping paid by customer.
  • Opened items / testers: Not returnable for hygiene reasons (unless there’s a verified quality issue).
  • Stand reuse: Wooden stands are returnable if undamaged; we sanitize and reuse.
  • Shortages or mis-ships: Report within 3 calendar days of delivery; we correct immediately at our cost.
  • RMA & timing: Obtain an RMA before sending returns by emailing sales@beewellcbdoil.com with your order #, business name, delivery date, items/quantities to return, and photos for damage/defect. Credits/refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt/inspection.
  • Refund scope: Refunds apply to product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable. Applicable sales tax on returned items is refunded.
  • Notes: Topical use only. Not for ingestion. We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.
