Bee Well CBD Ambassador Program - Policy

This policy outlines the operational guidelines, promotional standards, and compliance requirements for participants in the Bee Well CBD Ambassador Program. It works in tandem with the official Terms & Conditions to ensure that ambassadors can effectively promote our products while protecting the integrity and reputation of our brand.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to provide clear direction on how Bee Well CBD ambassadors should conduct their promotional activities, including the ethical use of creative assets, communication with customers, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

2. Ambassador Program Structure

  • Commission rate: 20% of the Commissionable Amount (final merchandise subtotal actually paid after discounts/coupons and before taxes, shipping, tips, and third-party fees). Commissions are reversed for refunded or canceled items.
  • Payouts: Monthly via PayPal (net 30). Minimum payout is $25; smaller balances roll forward.
  • Covered Products: Bee Well–branded products offered on beewellcbdoil.com unless designated non-commissionable in these Program Policies (e.g., free samples, self-orders if excluded, heavily discounted trials). Wholesale bundles are commissionable but without coupon discounts unless flagged otherwise.
  • Tracking & attribution (no cookies):
    • On a customer’s first purchase using your unique Referral Link or Discount Code, the shopper becomes your Linked Customer in our system.
    • Ongoing attribution: All future Eligible Purchases by a Linked Customer are credited to you automatically — even if your code/link isn’t used again.
    • Code credit: Any order (linked or not) that is completed with your Discount Code credits to you for commission.
    • Manual linking: If a first order wasn’t captured by link/code, Bee Well may manually link the customer upon verified proof (e.g., dated post, message screenshot).
    • Re-assignment: If a customer is already linked to another ambassador, attribution does not change unless the customer requests a switch and Bee Well approves it (max one re-assignment per customer per 12 months).
    • Operational Inactivity sunset: If a Linked Customer has no purchases for 24 consecutive months, Bee Well may end the link going forward.

3. Referral Links & Discount Codes (Operational Rules)

  • What you receive: One lifetime Referral Link and one personal 20% Discount Code (based on your handle when available).
  • Code format: Readable and memorable (e.g., yogabyjane). If a handle is taken, we’ll assign a close variant (e.g., yogabyjane01).
  • Public sharing: You may share your code publicly (including coupon sites). Orders placed with your code credit to you.
  • Stacking: Unless explicitly stated, one code per order. Some sitewide promos or bundles may be non-stackable; the cart will show what’s applied.
  • Conflicts: If multiple ambassador codes/links are used, the last captured at checkout applies to that order. Linked customers still credit to their assigned ambassador unless a reassignment is approved.
  • Misuse: Counterfeit codes, code tampering, or deceptive pricing will result in commission reversal and may lead to suspension.

4. Promotional Guidelines

  • All claims must be truthful and compliant with FDA/FTC guidance. Avoid disease/medical claims and “cure” language.
  • Use clear FTC disclosures on posts (e.g., #ad, #ambassador, or “I earn commission…”).
  • Do not bid on Bee Well CBD branded keywords in paid ads without written approval.
  • Target U.S. customers only; clearly state U.S. shipping only.
  • Content must comply with platform policies; do not target minors.

5. Use of Creative Assets

  • Access approved images, logos, and optional copy. Material modifications require prior written consent.
  • All creative assets are both copyright and property of Bee Well CBD Oil and may only be used for program-related promotional purposes. We encourage you to download and use them freely to enhance social media posts, blogs, and digital content supporting the Bee Well brand and products.
  • Self-created content is encouraged and does not require pre-approval, provided it aligns with our brand guidelines.

6. Non-Commissionable & Reversals

  • Non-commissionable items include (but are not limited to): free samples, $0 orders, taxes, shipping, tips, third-party fees, chargebacks, returns, and self-orders if excluded. At launch, self-orders are excluded from commission. Bee Well may review this policy after completion of the initial rollout period.
  • Orders canceled or refunded will have commissions reversed.
  • Dispute window: Commission disputes must be submitted within 60 days of the order date to affiliatemanager@beewellcbdoil.com with order details and proof.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Misrepresentation of affiliation (claiming employment or official representation).
  • Spam, unsolicited emails, misleading redirects, or deceptive practices.
  • Infringing domains or social handles using “Bee Well CBD” without approval.
  • Hate, adult, illegal content, or any activity that, in Bee Well’s sole discretion, is harmful to the Bee Well brand.

8. Communication & Support

  • Program updates will be communicated via email and the ambassador dashboard.
  • Ambassadors are encouraged to share promotional ideas for review.

9. Compliance Monitoring

  • Bee Well reserves the right to review any content and may request edits or removal if content is deemed to be non-compliant. Serious violations may result in suspension or removal from the program, and reversal of commissions where applicable. Bee Well reserves sole discretion in determining appropriate actions, and such decisions are final.

10. Quick Examples (How Commission Applies)

  • First order via your link: Shopper becomes your Linked Customer. You earn commission now and on future orders (no code needed later).
  • Friend uses your code at checkout: You earn commission on that order. If it’s their first order, they also become your Linked Customer.
  • Coupon site finds your code: Orders using your code credit to you. (One code per order unless a promo states otherwise.)
  • Refund/return: Commission for the refunded items is reversed.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in law, industry practices, or company operations. Ambassadors will be notified of significant updates. If a conflict exists between these Program Policies and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions control.
