Bee Well CBD Ambassador Program - Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

As a Bee Well CBD Ambassador, you earn commissions by promoting and referring customers to our online store. Your participation means you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Program Policies.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Your website, newsletter, and/or social presence should align with Bee Well CBD’s brand values.
• Applications may be approved or declined at Bee Well’s discretion.
• Promotions must comply with applicable laws and platform policies and must not target minors.
• Bee Well currently ships to U.S. addresses only; promotions should clearly reflect this.

3. Commission & Payments

• Standard commission rate: 20% of the Commissionable Amount (see Definitions). Unless stated otherwise in the Program Policies, the standard rate applies to both Referral Link and Discount Code orders.
• Payout schedule: monthly (net 30).
• Minimum payout: $25 USD; smaller balances roll forward.
• Method: PayPal only (no bank transfers).
• Reversals: Commissions are reversed for refunded or canceled items.
• Disputes: Commission disputes must be submitted within 60 days of the order date to affiliatemanager@beewellcbdoil.com with order details and proof. After this window, records are final.
• Bee Well may designate different commission rates for specific campaigns, products, or channels in the Program Policies. Any such changes apply prospectively.

4. Tracking & Lifetime Customer Attribution

• You will receive a unique Referral Link and a personal Discount Code.
• Linking a customer (no cookies required): When a shopper’s first Qualifying Purchase is placed using your Referral Link or Discount Code, that shopper is recorded as your Linked Customer (see Definitions).
• Lifetime Customer Attribution: All future Eligible Purchases by your Linked Customers are credited to you automatically, even if your code or link is not used on later orders.
• Code credit (any customer): Any order that is completed with your Discount Code at checkout credits to you for commission on the net amount. If that order is the shopper’s first Qualifying Purchase, the shopper also becomes your Linked Customer.
• Re-assignment: A Linked Customer remains linked to the Ambassador who introduced them unless the customer requests a change and Bee Well approves it. Bee Well allows a maximum of one reassignment per customer per 12 months.
• Conflicts & stacking: Operational rules, including one code per order, last-captured code/link rules, and public sharing, are set out in the Program Policies and may be updated prospectively.
• Manual linking: If a first order was not captured by link or code, Bee Well may manually link the customer upon verified proof, such as a dated post or message screenshot.

5. Ambassador Responsibilities

• Promote our products truthfully and ethically; avoid false, misleading, or unverified health claims.
• Comply with FTC endorsement guidelines, including clear and conspicuous disclosure of the Ambassador relationship.
• Follow platform rules and applicable laws; do not target minors.
• Do not run paid ads targeting Bee Well CBD branded keywords without written permission.
• No spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading redirects.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using “Bee Well CBD” or confusingly similar marks in a domain name or social handle without approval.
• Misuse of discount codes, including counterfeit codes, tampering, or deceptive pricing.
• Any activity that violates law, platform rules, or harms consumer trust.
• Hate, adult, or illegal content, or any activity that, in Bee Well’s sole discretion, is harmful to the Bee Well brand.

7. Creative Assets

• Bee Well provides approved high-resolution product images for Ambassador promotional use. Our standard product image uses a full-color product presentation on the Bee Well sand background with a black title.
• Ambassadors may resize or adapt supplied product images as needed for social media posts, blogs, websites, newsletters, videos, and other promotional content.
• If you have a special requirement for a Bee Well product image, please contact us. Additional image formats or other creative support may be provided where appropriate.
• All Bee Well-supplied creative assets remain the property of Bee Well CBD Oil. By joining the program, you are granted a limited license to use them solely for promotional purposes under this agreement.
• You may create your own promotional content if it is truthful, compliant, and aligned with Bee Well’s brand and Program Policies. See Compliance Monitoring for review and enforcement.

8. Compliance Monitoring & Enforcement

• Bee Well reserves the right to review any Ambassador content and may request edits or removal if content is deemed non-compliant with these Terms, the Program Policies, or brand guidelines.
• Depending on the seriousness of the violation, consequences may include suspension, removal from the program, and reversal of commissions where applicable. Bee Well reserves sole discretion in determining appropriate actions, and such decisions are final.

9. Suspension & Termination

• Bee Well may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations, fraud, abuse, or as otherwise permitted under these Terms.
• Upon termination, unpaid commissions for Eligible Purchases placed prior to the effective date will be paid according to the regular payout schedule, subject to reversals.

10. Relationship of Parties

Ambassadors are independent contractors. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.

11. Changes to the Program

Bee Well may update the Program, these Terms, or the Program Policies from time to time. Changes apply prospectively. You will be notified of material changes via email or your dashboard.

12. Covered Products & Commission Eligibility

1. Covered Products. “Covered Products” means Bee Well–branded products offered for sale on beewellcbdoil.com that are not marked as non-commissionable in the Program Policies.
2. Exclusions. Bee Well may designate certain SKUs, bundles, discounts, or categories as non-commissionable in the Program Policies, including products supplied without charge, self-orders if excluded, or heavily discounted trials. As a general rule, wholesale products and bundles are not discountable but still qualify for commission at the Ambassador’s normal rate unless otherwise stated.
3. Changes to Coverage. Bee Well may add or remove Covered Products or categories by updating the Program Policies and providing notice. Orders placed before an effective change remain subject to the prior coverage.
4. Claims & Compliance (CBD). Ambassadors must avoid medical or disease claims; use Bee Well-provided copy when provided; include required disclosures; promote to U.S. audiences; and follow platform rules and applicable laws.
5. Reference to Program Policies. Operational rules, including code sharing, stacking limits, last-captured rules, and dispute windows, are detailed in the Program Policies and are incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict, these Terms control.

13. Definitions

Referral Link

The unique URL assigned to an Ambassador for tracking referrals.

Discount Code

The unique alphanumeric code assigned to an Ambassador that can be entered at checkout to credit the Ambassador and, when used on a shopper’s first Qualifying Purchase, link the shopper to that Ambassador.

Linked Customer

A customer whose first Qualifying Purchase was made using the Ambassador’s Referral Link or Discount Code and who is recorded as linked to that Ambassador in Bee Well’s system. Bee Well may manually link a customer upon verified proof.

Qualifying Purchase

The first purchase by a customer using the Ambassador’s Referral Link or Discount Code.

Lifetime Customer Attribution

Commission credit on future Eligible Purchases by a Linked Customer for as long as that customer remains linked to the Ambassador. A customer remains linked unless an approved reassignment occurs, the Ambassador’s account is suspended or terminated, the Program is discontinued, or fraud, abuse, or a policy violation requires the link to be removed.

Eligible Purchases

Paid orders by a Linked Customer or orders completed with the Ambassador’s Discount Code, excluding taxes, shipping, tips, third-party fees, returns, chargebacks, self-orders if excluded, and other non-commissionable items listed in the Program Policies.

Commissionable Amount

The final merchandise subtotal actually paid after all discounts and coupons and before taxes, shipping, tips, and third-party fees.

Program Policies

A living policy page incorporated by reference into these Terms that lists operational details, including non-commissionable items, dispute windows, code usage rules, and other program procedures. Bee Well may update the Program Policies with notice; if there is a conflict, these Terms control.
