Ambassador FAQ - Bee Well CBD

The Bee Well Ambassador Program allows approved creators, influencers, publishers, educators, and community leaders to earn commissions by sharing Bee Well CBD wellness and skincare products with their audiences. Ambassadors receive a lifetime referral link, a personal coupon code, product support, and ongoing commission opportunities.

The program is designed for creators and community voices in wellness, skincare, beauty, self-care, healthy aging, yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, CBD, holistic living, and related lifestyle areas. We especially welcome ambassadors whose audiences are interested in natural routines, essential oils, skincare, wellness, and practical self-care.

Ambassadors may promote Bee Well-branded products offered on beewellcbdoil.com unless a product is specifically marked as non-commissionable. Our product line includes two major collections:

• CBD Wellness Collection: roll-ons, salves, and balms designed for calm, balance, focus, recovery, sleep, and daily comfort routines.
• CBD Skincare Collection: Bee Radiant™ and Bee Juvenate™ for complementary daytime and nighttime skincare.

No. Some ambassadors may focus mainly on wellness products, while others may focus mainly on skincare. Beauty and skincare creators may find Bee Radiant™ or Bee Juvenate™ to be the best starting point. Wellness creators may prefer Stress-Less™, PM+ Sleep Salve™, Pain Expel™, Bee Present™, or other routine-based CBD products.

Ambassadors earn 20% commission on qualifying sales they generate. This includes future eligible orders from customers they introduce, thanks to our Lifetime Customer Attribution system.

We pay monthly via PayPal. The minimum payout is $25. If your balance is under the threshold, it rolls forward to the next month. Self-orders, samples, canceled orders, refunded orders, and certain promos may be non-commissionable. Some $0 commission records may still appear in your dashboard so you can confirm tracking worked.

No. Bee Well runs a straightforward ambassador and affiliate program. You earn commission on sales you generate. There are no downlines, no recruitment requirements, no fees, and no inventory purchases.

Yes. You receive a lifetime referral link and a personal 20% coupon code. Your link is ideal for bios, blogs, newsletters, websites, and stories. Your code is ideal for DMs, comments, podcasts, videos, captions, and in-person conversations.

On a customer’s first order using your unique referral link or personal code, that customer becomes permanently linked to you in our system. From then on, future eligible orders from that customer are credited to you automatically, even if your code or link is not used again.

Once a shopper becomes your Linked Customer, future eligible purchases are credited automatically. If any shopper, linked or not, enters your code at checkout, that order credits to you.

Yes. Our standard ambassador rate is 20% for both link and code orders unless we announce a specific campaign or promotional exception. If a special promotion changes a commission rate, we will state it clearly in advance.

We will use your handle if available. If it is taken, we will assign a simple variant, such as yogabyjane01. Your code is meant to be memorable, readable, and easy to share.

Yes. Public coupon code sharing is allowed and encouraged. You may share your code in posts, captions, DMs, comments, podcasts, videos, newsletters, blogs, or other suitable channels. Orders placed with your code credit to you. We also encourage you to share your referral link because it helps permanently link new customers to your account.

Commissions are based on the final merchandise subtotal actually paid after discounts and coupons, and before taxes, shipping, tips, and third-party fees. Refunded or canceled items are reversed from commission.

• $60 item with 20% promo → customer pays $48 → 20% commission = $9.60.
• Cart $60 + $40, 10% sitewide, $6 shipping → $90 commissionable subtotal → 20% = $18. Shipping and tax are excluded.

Yes. Wholesale bundles, such as studio or display sets, may be commissionable, but coupon discounts may not apply unless specifically stated. If a product is wholesale-only or excluded from discount codes, it may still qualify for ambassador commission. Please contact us if you have questions about specific product qualification.

Certain transactions may be non-commissionable, including free samples, $0 orders, self-orders if excluded, refunded orders, canceled orders, or special promotional items. We may still record these sales in your dashboard to confirm that tracking worked correctly.

Yes. Approved new Ambassadors may receive one eligible Bee Well product of their choice as a Welcome Gift. The currently available Welcome Gift products are shown when you apply, allowing you to choose a product that interests you and suits your audience.

Additional products, samples, early access, or other support may be offered at Bee Well’s discretion as the Ambassador relationship develops.

Yes. Bee Well provides a high-resolution color product image on our standard sand background with a black title for Ambassador use. Ambassadors are welcome to resize or adapt these images to suit their own posts and content.

If you have a special requirement for a Bee Well product image, please let us know and we’ll be happy to see how we can help. We can also provide product information and optional copy support when appropriate.

Ambassadors are also welcome to create their own authentic content, provided it follows our program policies and brand guidelines.

The most effective ambassador content is usually natural, personal, and routine-based. Good examples include morning skincare routines, nighttime skincare routines, calm routines, bedtime wind-down posts, recovery routines, “what I keep in my bag” posts, product texture photos, short videos, reels, blogs, newsletters, and honest product education.

Most suitable channels are welcome, including blogs, newsletters, social media, videos, podcasts, email lists, websites, and in-person events. Please do not bid on Bee Well branded terms in paid search without written approval. Promotions should be directed toward appropriate adult audiences and must follow platform rules.

Our program is primarily designed for U.S.-based audiences because Bee Well currently ships only to U.S. addresses. If you are outside the U.S. but have a strong U.S.-based following, you may apply. Promotions must clearly note that Bee Well ships only to U.S. addresses. Due to customs restrictions, Welcome Gifts and other products supplied to Ambassadors can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Keep your content authentic and experience-based. Focus on routines, product feel, aroma, ingredients, and why the product interests you. Avoid medical claims, disease claims, treatment claims, cure language, or comparisons to medication. When in doubt, use the wording on Bee Well product pages as your guide.

Yes. Please clearly disclose your ambassador relationship whenever you post or share Bee Well products. Examples include #ad, #BeeWellAmbassador, or a simple note such as “I may earn a commission if you use my link.” Clear disclosure builds trust and helps keep the program compliant.

If a customer is already linked to another ambassador, attribution does not change unless the customer requests a switch and Bee Well approves it. We allow at most one re-assignment per customer per 12 months.
