Everything you need to know about commissions, perks, tracking, and how to represent Bee Well as one of our Ambassadors.

Ambassadors earn 20% commission on every sale they drive — including future orders from customers they introduce. Attribution is ongoing via your lifetime link and personal code.
We pay monthly via PayPal. The minimum payout is $25. If you’re under the threshold, your balance rolls forward to the next month. Self-orders, samples and certain promos are non-commissionable. We still show them as $0 so you can comfirm that our tracking worked.
No. Bee Well runs a straightforward affiliate program. You earn 20% commission on the sales you generate. There are no downlines, no recruitment, and no fees.
On a customer’s first order using your unique referral link or personal code, we permanently link that customer to you in our system. From then on, every future order from that customer is credited to you automatically — no cookies required.
Once a shopper becomes a Linked Customer (first order tracked by your link or code), their future purchases are credited automatically — even if your code isn’t used again. And if any shopper (linked or not) enters your code at checkout, that order credits to you.
Yes. You’ll receive a lifetime referral link (best for bios, stories, blogs) and a personal code (great for DMs, comments, podcasts, or in-person). Use either — you earn on every qualifying order.
If a customer is already linked to another Ambassador, attribution does not change unless the customer requests a switch and we approve it. We allow at most one re-assignment per customer per 12 months.
Commissions are based on the final merchandise subtotal actually paid — after any discounts/coupons and before taxes, shipping, tips, and third-party fees. Refunded or canceled items are reversed from commission.
  • $60 item with 20% promo → customer pays $48 → 20% commission = $9.60.
  • Cart $60 + $40, 10% sitewide, $6 shipping → $90 commissionable subtotal → 20% = $18 (shipping/tax excluded).
Yes. Wholesale bundles like the Mind/Body Balance studio set are commissionable but coupons earn no further discounts. 
Certain products are non-commissionable (such as free samples or self-orders). We still record these sales in your dashboard to confirm tracking worked correctly.
New Ambassadors receive a Welcome Kit with free products to test, photograph, and review. Kit contents may vary from illustration.
Yes — we can supply:
  • Product photography library (clean shots, lifestyle images)
  • Banner graphics (in progress — they’ll add instant polish)
  • Optional copy support (you supply a theme + word count; Bee Well drafts a base)
Most channels are fine — blogs, newsletters, social media, and in-person events. Please don’t bid on Bee Well brand terms in paid search.
We’ll use your handle if available. If it’s taken, we’ll assign a simple variant (e.g., yogabyjane01). Your code is meant to be memorable and easy to share.
Yes. we strongly encourage you  to do so. If your code spreads, that’s more reach for you and also for Bee Well. All orders placed with your code credit to you. Keep sharing your link as well — it permanently links new customers to you.
Our standard rate is 20% for both link and code orders unless we announce a specific campaign or tier. If we vary percentages for special promotions, we’ll state it clearly in advance.
Our program is designed for U.S.-based audiences since Bee Well currently ships only within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. but have a strong U.S.-based following, you may apply; promotions must clearly note that Bee Well ships to U.S. addresses only.
